Allison M. Witcofski
Allison “Aly” M. Witcofski’s areas of practice include criminal defense and juvenile law.
Aly was raised in Gering, Nebraska. She attended Gering High School and graduated valedictorian. She then attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in English. Aly later received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Nebraska’s College of Law. During her time in law school, Aly clerked for both Douglas Kelly Law Office and the Scotts Bluff County Attorney’s Office.Aly is currently a Guardian Ad Litem for juveniles in the Panhandle of Nebraska. She is also a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church.
Aly has been involved in panhandle sporting activities: such as partaking in the Lacy Park Softball League and umpiring for the Gering Girls Softball Association. She has also been a part of the theatre staff for the Nile Theatre in Mitchell, Nebraska.
